Akeyless is looking for a self-starting Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team of CS supporting customers in EMEA. This is a hands-on technical role that requires excellent customer facing skills. You will be developing and leading the ongoing technical relationship with the customer including strategic guidance, understanding the customer business and challenges, providing solutions, processes and best practices for a successful implementation and use of the Akeyless platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a smooth and successful onboarding experience to our new customers
  • Provide thought leadership and support for the best customer experience
  • Accelerate adoption and expansion of the Akeyless platform within our install base
  • Provide customer support at times outside of normal business hours

We’re looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer to take a significant role in the development of a highly robust, multi-cloud, multi-region SaaS platform.

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Akeyless, you will be part of a small and high-performing team, developing a SaaS platform that provides technical solutions for DevOps.

This role includes working in a multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure), developing microservice architecture with Golang. You will work in a dynamic and agile environment with the most cutting edge technologies.

In addition, as a senior developer you will help with design, architecture and code review, and mentor other team members.

Akeyless is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Field & Partner Marketing to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this pivotal role is tasked with leading the development and execution of field marketing programs across major global markets. This position is designed to bolster pipeline generation and spearhead competitive marketing initiatives, ensuring Akeyless’s prominent presence in local markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement field marketing programs to support pipeline generation and address competitive marketing needs in local markets.
  • Execute comprehensive regional marketing plans that align with regional sales strategies, incorporating localized events, webinars, partner marketing activities, as well as large events and tradeshows.
  • Analyze competitor behavior in local markets to design and implement competitive programs aimed at capturing the attention and interest of our target audience and customer profiles.
  • Utilize intent data to identify target accounts for tailored Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs, aiming to secure new accounts and displace competition in key accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and local partners to execute co-marketing activities with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
  • Work closely with the management team to create programs and experiential marketing activities that build executive relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts and prospects.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with internal teams, including design, product marketing, digital marketing, communications, and content marketing, to integrate field marketing into a broader marketing strategy focused on customer experience across various touchpoints.

The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing, planning, launching and analyzing customer acquisition programs to drive growth for the company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a deep skilled digital, multi-channel marketer, and a results-driven leader capable of driving our marketing efforts to meet and exceed quarterly business objectives. The role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the company. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Multi-Channel Marketing: Develop and execute a robust multi-channel marketing strategy to achieve quarterly business goals. Leverage insights and data analytics to continuously refine and optimize campaign performance across all channels.
  • Continuous Optimization: Lead continuous optimizations of creative content, messaging, channels, and landing pages to meet or exceed performance targets. Employ A/B testing and other data-driven techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Ensure digital marketing strategies are innovative, competitive, and in alignment with our brand’s vision and objectives.
  • Marketing and Revenue Operations: Work closely with Revenue Operations to align sales and marketing goals as well as with Marketing Operations functions to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and support marketing strategy implementation. Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Marketing Database Segmentation and Persona Development: Take full ownership of the marketing database, including segmentation, persona development, and the implementation of a governance model that complies with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations. Ensure our marketing efforts are highly targeted and compliant.
  • Target Account List Definition: Utilize both 1st and 3rd party intent signals to continually identify and refine the target account list, aligning marketing strategies with business and sales goals to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Lead Scoring Model: Design and implement a comprehensive lead scoring model to effectively prioritize leads and enhance the sales funnel. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize conversion rates.
  • Measurement Framework and Dashboards: Define and implement a robust measurement framework to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards that provide insights into marketing effectiveness and ROI.
