As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will serve as the trusted technical advisor and main point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customers. You will ensure the successful adoption, integration, and expansion of Akeyless solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with Customer Success Engineers, Product, Sales, and Support teams to proactively address customer needs, remove roadblocks, and align technical outcomes with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Develop account plans and strategies to increase revenue, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Client Advocacy: Act as a trusted partner for our clients, ensuring maximum satisfaction and serving as their advocate within the company
- Project Management: Own the end-to-end project management of customer onboarding, integrations, and expansions – ensuring milestones are met and expectations are clear
- Communication Excellence: Conduct compelling technical presentations and maintain strong communication with customers as well as internal teams
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams: Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations

As an SRE at Akeyless, you will join a high-performing team, responsible for leading and maintaining a complex multi-cloud platform and promptly addressing any issues that arise. This role operates within a dynamic and agile environment, utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Running a complex hybrid cloud solution and troubleshooting problems as they arise using automation whenever possible.
- Building monitoring tools and alerting capabilities.
- Building a multi-cloud infrastructure and platform components.
- Site security, collaborating with our Security Engineering team.
- Ensuring site performance and capabilities by participating in performance, load, and stress testing.
- Promote SRE principles and operational readiness within Akeyless engineering, emphasizing cloud engineering best practices.
- Assessing and determining root cause analysis of problems, turning them into opportunities to positively impact performance, reliability, functionality and security.
- Advocating for the end customer and delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations.
- Providing on-call support, as needed, to ensure high availability and reliability of our production environment.
Software Engineering Team Lead

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences.
- Create and document best practices.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on product changes and roadmaps.
- Partner with Customer Success to align content strategy with user needs.
- Gather feedback from users and iterate on content based on performance and impact.
